At JinglesYourStyleDestination, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Some products, such as customized or personalized items, intimate or hygienic goods, or clearance sales may not be eligible for returns.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@thejingles.co.in with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., the item is damaged or not in its original condition), we will send the item back to you at your cost.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item.
