Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Did not like the product you had shopped? Changed your mind after receiving your order? No Worries. We respect the fact that many a times you buy a fashion product but change your mind later and decide not to wear it.
At Jingles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for the products from the date delivery for eligible items.
We do not want you to regret your purchase decision ever. We value your money and we will not like you to waste your money in buying a product which you will never use. And hence, we offer a very simple 3 step return policy to our customers.
Below are the 3 steps for returning your product.
1. Mail Us: You need to raise the return request from website by entering order number and mobile number/email within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. We will then approve your return request and then the next step follows.
2. Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval. We will arrange the pickup. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging and the return will be processed within 5-6 business days.
3. Refund: The final step starts once we receive the returned package from you. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund after discount deduction which was applied at time of order. Shipping cost will not be refunded and the payment Gateway charges. Refund will be given to the mode of payment during the order placement(Bank Account/Credit/Debit Cards) within 5-6 business days.
